Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

TS Infinity Enterprise (SSM 202603198994 / NS0325912-H) is a business registered in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. We run thompsonwong.my and build websites and management systems for local businesses. In this policy, “we” means TS Infinity Enterprise and “you” means anyone who visits this website or contacts us.

2. What we collect

• AI assistant chats: what you type into the AI assistant on this website. Please do not enter your IC number, bank details or passwords in the chat.
• Details you send us: your name, phone number, email, shop name and business details when you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, plus any files and images you send.
• Basic technical data: when you open the website, your browser automatically sends your IP address, browser type, device and the time of the visit. Our hosting provider, Vercel, handles this to deliver the pages and prevent abuse. For the AI assistant’s usage limit we store only a hash of your IP address, never the IP address itself.
• Cookies: the website uses Meta Pixel (Facebook’s advertising tool). It stores a cookie called _fbp in your browser (for up to 90 days) and a small amount of local storage. We use it to count visitors, count taps on the WhatsApp button and measure how our Facebook ads perform. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy and may link it to your Facebook account.
• Fonts: some fonts on the website load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details.

Apart from Meta Pixel, we do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics or tracking tools. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings and the website will still work. You can also manage the ads you see in Facebook’s ad preferences.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiries and send quotes
• To carry out projects, such as building websites, setting up systems and delivering them
• To issue invoices, collect payment and provide after-sales support
• To keep records the law requires, such as accounting and tax records
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse, such as limiting how often the AI assistant can be used
• To improve the AI assistant: we review chat logs to find answers that were wrong or unclear
• To count website visitors and measure ad performance (Meta Pixel)

We do not sell your personal data. We will not send you promotional messages without your consent.

4. What you must provide

To reply to an enquiry, we need a way to contact you (a WhatsApp number or email) and a short description of what you need. Without these, we cannot reply or give you a quote.

You do not have to use the AI assistant. You can WhatsApp us at 017-646 0226 or email tsinfinityenterprise@gmail.com instead.

5. Who we share it with

We only share data with the service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only the part they need to do their job:

• Vercel: website hosting
• Anthropic: generates the AI assistant’s replies. What you type into the AI assistant is sent to Anthropic for processing
• Meta / WhatsApp: when you contact us on WhatsApp, and for the Meta Pixel on the website
• Google: we use Gmail for email, and some fonts on the website come from Google Fonts

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example under a court order or a lawful request from a government authority.

6. Transfers outside Malaysia

The servers of the providers above may be outside Malaysia, for example in Singapore and the United States, so your data may be processed and stored there. We only use providers with formal privacy and security commitments.

7. How long we keep it

• AI assistant chat logs: deleted after 12 months
• Enquiries that did not become projects: kept for up to 24 months after our last contact
• Clients: project and billing records are kept as Malaysian law requires; accounting records are generally kept for 7 years
• Meta Pixel’s _fbp cookie: up to 90 days

When the period ends, we delete the data or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you.

8. How we protect it

The whole website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Accounts that can see client data are protected by passwords and access controls, so only people who need the data can see it. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can:

• Ask to see the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct data that is wrong, incomplete or out of date
• Withdraw consent you have given
• Ask us to stop processing your data, including stopping promotional messages

Email your request to tsinfinityenterprise@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within 21 days of receiving your request.

If you withdraw consent or ask us to stop processing your data, we may no longer be able to reply to your enquiry or provide our services.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you find that a minor has given us their data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change.
